SYARAT & KETENTUAN TIKET MUSE LIVE IN JAKARTA (ID)

1. Tiket resmi hanya dijual melalui situs museliveinjakarta.com atau official ticketing partner yang ditunjuk oleh promotor. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk penipuan tiket yang dibeli dari pihak lain.

2. Maksimal pembelian untuk 1 akun dibatasi hanya 5 tiket.

3. Dalam 1 transaksi, pembeli diperbolehkan membeli beberapa kategori tiket sekaligus.

4. Setiap pembelian tiket, pembeli WAJIB memasukkan data semua peserta yang akan hadir di acara sesuai dengan identitas resmi (KTP/KK/SIM/Paspor). Harap mempersiapkan data lengkap semua peserta sebelum melakukan pembelian. Jika membeli 5 tiket, maka dibutuhkan 5 data peserta. DATA DIRI DAN IDENTITAS BERBENTUK FISIK yang terdaftar akan diperiksa saat akan memasuki venue untuk verifikasi data.

5. Pastikan data yang digunakan dalam pembelian adalah data yang sah dan identitas resmi yang digunakan harus memiliki bentuk fisik, karena tiket tidak dapat diubah atau dimodifikasi setelah transaksi selesai.

6. Pembeli berusia 5-17 tahun dapat menggunakan nomor NIK yang tertera pada Kartu Keluarga. Wajib didampingi oleh orang dewasa berusia minimal 18 tahun.

7. Anak di bawah usia 5 tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke dalam area konser karena pertimbangan keselamatan, tingkat kebisingan, dan efek pencahayaan.

8. Pembeli memiliki waktu maksimal 10 menit untuk menyelesaikan transaksi, termasuk pengisian data dan pembayaran. Jika melebihi waktu tersebut, sistem akan otomatis membatalkan transaksi.

9. Bukti keberhasilan transaksi akan dikirim melalui email atau WhatsApp yang terdaftar setelah pembayaran berhasil dilakukan.

10. Tiket berupa QR code akan dikirimkan ke email/WhatsApp terdaftar pada H-1 sebelum acara.

11. Dilarang menyebarluaskan QR code untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan oleh orang lain. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian yang dilakukan oleh pemilik tiket, termasuk bila terjadi pemalsuan identitas dan QR code yang menyebabkan tiket jatuh ke tangan pihak lain dan digunakan sebagai tanda masuk, sehingga menghilangkan hak pemilik tiket untuk memasuki area konser.

12. Tiket QR code tidak boleh di-screenshot dan tidak perlu dicetak. Cukup tunjukkan langsung melalui ponsel saat akan masuk ke area konser.

13. Tiket hanya berlaku untuk 1 kali masuk area konser (single entry). Pengunjung yang sudah keluar dari area konser tidak dapat masuk kembali, dan harus membeli tiket baru (jika tersedia).

14. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan alasan apa pun, termasuk perubahan jadwal dan/atau susunan acara, kecuali jika konser dibatalkan oleh penyelenggara.

15. Penyelenggara berhak melarang masuk pemegang tiket yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan dan tidak ada pengembalian uang terhadap tiket yang tidak digunakan akibat larangan tersebut.

16. Pemilik tiket melepaskan semua hak hukum untuk membuat laporan polisi, mengajukan gugatan melalui pengadilan, dan/atau tindakan hukum lain apa pun yang sah secara hukum kepada penyelenggara dalam hal terjadi pembatalan konser yang disebabkan oleh: artis, pemerintah, suatu keadaan yang dianggap penting demi keselamatan penonton dan acara, hal lain di luar kendali penyelenggara, dan/atau keadaan force majeure yang diatur dalam undang-undang.

17. Pemilik tiket dengan ini menyatakan dan memberikan persetujuan kepada penyelenggara untuk menerima, menggunakan, dan mengolah data pemilik tiket (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada data pribadi, data medis, kondisi kesehatan yang sudah ada sebelumnya, dan data dan/atau informasi pribadi lainnya yang dapat dipertimbangkan sensitif menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku). Pemilik tiket setuju bahwa penyelenggara dapat membagikan informasi tersebut kepada instansi pemerintah terkait atau pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk secara sah oleh pemerintah dan/atau pihak ketiga lainnya yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan konser.

18. Dengan membeli tiket, pembeli memberikan izin kepada penyelenggara untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan menggunakan data pribadi yang diberikan untuk keperluan penerbitan tiket, administrasi acara, dan komunikasi terkait acara. Penyelenggara berkomitmen untuk menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan data pribadi sesuai dengan kebijakan privasi yang berlaku.

19. Setiap pemegang tiket yang datang ke area konser bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan, kesehatan, dan keamanan pribadinya sendiri. Penyelenggara dan semua sponsor/band tidak bertanggung jawab untuk, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada cedera atau kerusakan atau kehilangan yang mungkin terjadi kepada pemegang tiket selama atau di dalam acara tersebut.

20. Pemegang tiket memberikan hak kepada promotor, sponsor, dan/atau band untuk melakukan rekaman video dan gambar baik sebagian atau keseluruhan atas gambar diri pemegang tiket yang akan digunakan pada kanal/platform apa pun baik yang ada saat ini ataupun di masa yang akan datang termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada majalah, media sosial, dan saluran TV untuk disiarkan di media apa pun di seluruh dunia yang bertujuan untuk iklan, publisitas dan promosi yang berkaitan dengan konser ataupun tujuan lain baik untuk komersil ataupun non komersil tanpa adanya perhitungan dan pembayaran dalam bentuk apa pun kepada pemegang tiket.

21. Segala syarat dan ketentuan mengenai tiket merupakan kebijakan penyelenggara yang tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

22. Pembelian tiket ini secara otomatis menyatakan bahwa pembeli telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap syarat dan ketentuan dapat mengakibatkan pembatalan tiket atau penolakan masuk ke lokasi acara.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - MUSE LIVE IN JAKARTA TICKETS (EN)

1. Official tickets are only sold through the site museliveinjakarta.com or official ticketing partners appointed by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for any form of ticket fraud purchased from other parties.

2. Maximum purchase for 1 account is limited to only 5 tickets.

3. In 1 transaction, buyers are allowed to buy several ticket categories at once.

4. For every ticket purchase, buyers MUST enter the data of all participants who will attend the event according to their official identity (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport). Please prepare complete data for all participants before making a purchase. If you buy 5 tickets, 5 participant data are required. PERSONAL DATA AND PHYSICAL IDENTITY registered will be checked when entering the venue for data verification.

5. Make sure the data used in the purchase is valid data and the official identity used must be in physical form, because tickets cannot be changed or modified after the transaction is complete.

6. Buyers aged 5-17 years can use the NIK number listed on the Family Card. Must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 18 years.

7. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to enter the concert area due to safety considerations, noise levels, and lighting effects.

8. Buyers have a maximum of 10 minutes to complete the transaction, including filling in data and payment. If it exceeds this time, the system will automatically cancel the transaction.

9. Proof of successful transaction will be sent via registered email or WhatsApp after payment is successful.

10. Tickets in the form of a QR code will be sent to the registered email/WhatsApp on D-1 before the event.

11. It is prohibited to distribute the QR code to prevent misuse by others. The promoter is not responsible for any negligence committed by the ticket owner, including if there is a forgery of identity and QR code that causes the ticket to fall into the hands of another party and is used as an entry ticket, thereby eliminating the ticket owner's right to enter the concert area.

12. QR code tickets must not be screenshotted and do not need to be printed. Simply show them directly via mobile phone when entering the concert area.

13. Tickets are only valid for 1 entry to the concert area (single entry). Visitors who have left the concert area cannot re-enter, and must purchase a new ticket (if available).

14. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded for any reason, including changes to the schedule and/or program, unless the concert is canceled by the organizer.

15. The organizer has the right to prohibit entry to ticket holders who do not meet the terms and conditions and there will be no refunds for unused tickets due to the prohibition.

16. Ticket holders waive all legal rights to file a police report, file a lawsuit through the courts, and/or any other legal action that is legally valid against the organizer in the event of a concert cancellation caused by: artists, government, a situation that is considered important for the safety of the audience and the event, other things beyond the control of the organizer, and/or force majeure as regulated by law.

17. Ticket holders hereby declare and give their consent to the organizer to receive, use, and process the ticket holder's data (including but not limited to personal data, medical data, pre-existing health conditions, and other personal data and/or information that may be considered sensitive according to applicable laws and regulations). Ticket holders agree that the organizer may share this information with relevant government agencies or third parties legally appointed by the government and/or other third parties related to the organization of the concert.

18. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer gives permission to the organizer to collect, store, and use the personal data provided for the purposes of ticket issuance, event administration, and event-related communications. The organizer is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

19. Every ticket holder who comes to the concert area is responsible for his/her own personal safety, health, and security. The organizer and all sponsors/bands are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage or loss that may occur to the ticket holder during or at the event.

20. The ticket holder grants the promoter, sponsor, and/or band the right to make video recordings and images either in part or in whole of the ticket holder's self-image to be used on any channel/platform either currently or in the future including but not limited to magazines, social media, and TV channels to be broadcast on any media worldwide for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion related to the concert or other purposes either commercial or non-commercial without any calculation or payment in any form to the ticket holder.

21. All terms and conditions regarding tickets are the policy of the organizer that cannot be contested.

22. The purchase of this ticket automatically states that the buyer has read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in ticket cancellation or denial of entry to the event location.

Benda/Barang Dilarang (ID)

• Makanan maupun minuman dari luar termasuk alkohol.
• Segala bentuk botol kaca, tumblr, aluminium, dan kaleng.
• Obat / zat terlarang.
• Cairan dalam bentuk apapun tidak diperbolehkan (Kecuali makeup, parfum max 30ml, sunblock, tetes mata 15ml, hand sanitizer max 30ml KEMASAN PLASTIK).
• Segala bentuk vape/pod tidak diperbolehkan untuk dibawa ke area konser. Isi ulang vape/pod tidak diperbolehkan untuk dibawa ke area konser.
• Segala jenis senjata termasuk self-defense spray dan segala bentuk benda tajam.
• Kembang api, flare, laser pointer, laser ballpoint, atau segala perangkat yang menghasilkan api atau asap.
• Segala perangkat elektronik seperti Laptop, Tablet, dan IPAD.
• Payung, kursi lipat, tenda (jas hujan dipersilahkan).
• Dompet berantai atau perhiasan/aksesoris yang tajam dan runcing.
• Tas ransel, koper, tas gym, carrier, segala bentuk dan segala ukuran tas tersebut tidak diperbolehkan masuk (tas yang diperbolehkan TAS TANGAN/TAS PINGGANG maksimal ukuran A4 21x29cm).
• Segala jenis dan segala ukuran kamera tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke area konser.
• Segala bentuk drone dan alat/mainan yang menggunakan remot kontrol.
• Alat bantuan kesehatan (tongkat/kursi roda/kursi lipat) WAJIB MENYERTAKAN SURAT DOKTER TANGGAL TERBARU UNTUK KONSER.
• Benda atau zat yang mudah terbakar seperti aerosols, petasan, dan lilin.
• Segala jenis rokok tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke area konser.
• Peralatan musik, peluit, segala jenis terompet, atau klakson angin.
• Segala bentuk tongkat, banner politik/ras/agama, pipa, tiang kamera, tongkat selfie, & tongkat go-pro/tongkat kamera 360.
• Segala jenis hewan.
• Sepeda, skateboard, skuter, atau kendaraan bermotor dalam bentuk apapun.

Prohibited Items (EN)

• Outside food and beverages, including alcohol.
• All types of glass bottles, tumblers, aluminum, and cans.
• Illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
• All kinds of liquids are not allowed (except makeup, perfume max 30ml, sunblock, eye drops max 15ml, hand sanitizer max 30ml in PLASTIC PACKAGING).
• All forms of vape/pods are not allowed in the concert area. Refill liquids for vape/pods are also prohibited.
• All types of weapons, including self-defense sprays and any sharp objects.
• Fireworks, flares, laser pointers, laser pens, or any devices that produce fire or smoke.
• Electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, and iPads.
• Umbrellas, folding chairs, tents (raincoats are allowed).
• Wallet chains or jewelry/accessories that are sharp or pointy.
• Backpacks, suitcases, gym bags, carriers-any form and size of such bags are not allowed (only HAND BAGS/WAIST BAGS are allowed, max size A4 21x29cm).
• All types and sizes of cameras are not allowed inside the concert area.
• Any kind of drones and remote-controlled devices/toys.
• Medical assistive devices (canes/wheelchairs/folding chairs) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECENT DOCTOR'S LETTER DATED FOR THE CONCERT.
• Flammable items or substances such as aerosols, firecrackers, and candles.
• All types of cigarettes are not allowed in the concert area.
• Musical instruments, whistles, any kind of trumpets, or air horns.
• All forms of sticks, political/racial/religious banners, pipes, camera poles, selfie sticks, & go-pro/360 camera sticks.
• All types of animals.
• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or any type of motorized vehicle.
